2010 Fee Policy 

This fee schedule is designed to help you maximize your chiropractic experience. At High Five Chiropractic, we understand the importance of regular care, and want you to be able to afford to discover the benefits not only for yourself, but your entire family! We help make it possible for you to choose the healthy path NOW rather than when there is “dis-ease”! Our philosophy is that chiropractic pain relief is good, chiropractic maintenance is better, and chiropractic wellness is best! Find out for yourself! Take the chiropractic challenge and experiment to see how a wellness chiropractic regimen can influence so many aspects of your life!!

Explanation of Fees:

 

Our fees support our vision, which is “to see that this community becomes known as the healthiest and happiest in the state.” Basic fees are provided and are applicable to practice members of any age who are not following a care plan, and who do not desire chiropractic care as a regular part of their or their families lifestyle. Discounted adjustments and services are available to active adult practice members and their families who have been scanned by the insight technology and who are following a care plan or being seen at least once a month. Health is in the palm of your hand!

National High Five Day- the 3rd Thursday of Every April we celebrate big by doing $5 Adjustments!

 

*High Five Friday's- each and every Friday! After one Adult Adjustment everyone else in your immediate family living under one roof who are established are $5! Now the whole family can get the regular adjustments they desire at unbeatable rates!

*Veteran's Day- Free Adjustments for established Veteran's

PAYMENT: All payment is due at the time of service. For your convenience we accept cash, personal checks, and all major credit cards.

~We are non participating Medicare providers but are required to bill Medicare on your behalf regardless. They will reimburse you directly for any covered services we provide.

~Please give 24 hours notice for canceled or rescheduled appointments so we can accommodate others!

~There is a $25 fee added to all returned checks

*An Active Practice Member is defined as those who have been scanned by our Insight Subluxation Station, who are following a care plan that they have decided on with Dr Shepherd, and/or are visiting our office at least once a month for maintenance care. A reactivation/re-exam fee of $25 is available to those who are interested in getting their savings again if you have lapsed over 6 months of care! If you lapse over one calendar year in care from your last visit, you will need to have a new practice member exam all over again because Dr. Shepherd is a licensed physician and is liable for your health!
